In this role, you will work in plant engineering, specializing in the construction of excitation systems for power plant generators and high-power rectifiers. Many of our systems are individually designed according to customer requirements, resulting in highly specialized solutions with significant technical added value.
Tasks
- Assembly and wiring according to schematics, technical drawings, bills of materials, and assembly instructions
- Mechanical tasks such as power busbar installation, minor mechanical modifications, and water cooling circuits
- Final assembly of large components using crane systems
- Ensuring compliance with quality, productivity, delivery, and occupational safety requirements
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Technical clarifications and contributing to technical problem solving
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Automation Technician or Electrical Installer
- Experience in industrial plant engineering
- Conscientious, reliable, independent, and deadline-oriented way of working
- Fast learner with an efficient working style
- Fluent German is required
- Good written and spoken English skills at a minimum B1 level
- Strong computer skills and an affinity for IT
