Tasks

  • Optimize assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours, aligning with business strategies focused on quality, efficiency, costs, and safety.
  • Ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, work instructions, and materials/components to support production targets.
  • Define the working phase sequence of new production processes to meet targeted product cost and equipment investment budget.
  • Drive improvement projects by identifying opportunities, implementing projects, and ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality, and cost.
  • Provide work instructions, introduce engineering change notices, and approve process designs with final testing.
  • Assist during process/equipment start-up, define action plans, and train maintenance and production teams.
  • Assess new process technologies to boost productivity, quality, and cost efficiency, leading testing and provider selection.

Requirements

  • A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in operations and production line activities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and 2D/3D CAD systems, specifically CREO and/or SolidWorks.
  • Positive spirit, proactivity, teamwork, speediness, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility for assigned tasks and projects.
  • Fluency in English.
