Project Procurement Manager (80-100%)

• Own end-to-end procurement execution for complex projects, ensuring timely, compliant, and complete delivery of goods and services from global suppliers.
• Run supplier kick-offs, align expectations, establish effective communication frameworks, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to integrate supplier deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage supplier performance, schedules, and quality to keep the project on track, continuously monitoring procurement progress, mitigating risks, expediting critical deliveries, resolving performance issues, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and all project milestones.
• Oversee commercial and contractual supplier management, negotiating project changes, variations, claims, back charges, and other contractual matters while safeguarding ABB's interests and ensuring timely implementation of agreed actions and remedies.
• Manage governance, documentation, and project reporting excellence, overseeing supplier documentation schedules and approvals, providing clear visibility on procurement status, risks, opportunities, supplier performance, and forecasted impacts, while ensuring successful purchase order closeout, fulfillment of contractual obligations, warranties, and final deliverables.
