At Bühler, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the Remote Support organization by optimizing processes, enhancing customer experience, and enabling efficient service delivery through innovative tools and solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Service, Sales, IT, and global regions to drive impactful improvements and support the continuous evolution of Remote Support capabilities.

Tasks

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Remote Support processes, tools, collaboration models, and operational performance.
  • Identify business needs, translate requirements into practical solutions, and support the implementation of improvement initiatives across the global Remote Support community.
  • Contribute to roadmap development, testing, training, change management, and rollout activities to ensure successful adoption of new solutions and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Service, Sales, IT, regions, and external partners to drive operational excellence and digital enablement.
  • Improve incident management, data quality, reporting, user adoption, and end-to-end service processes while managing priorities, risks, and dependencies effectively.

Requirements

  • Higher education or university degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, Service Management, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in Operational Excellence, Remote Support, Service Operations, process improvement, project coordination, product management, or a related service environment.
  • Strong understanding of service operations, incident management, customer service, CRM processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Very good English skills and the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with SAP Service Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is an advantage.
