We are looking for ambitious, multilingual graduates with a passion for engineering and leadership to join Hilti’s Outperformer Technical Track – a unique global development program designed to prepare the next generation of leaders. From day one, you’ll take on real responsibility, work on impactful projects, and gain exposure to senior leaders across our global organization. Through challenging assignments, international experiences, and mentorship, you’ll help drive Hilti’s purpose of Making Construction Better while accelerating your development into a future leader in the technical realm.
Tasks
- Gain hands-on experience across Hilti's core technical functions through international rotations over two years.
- Work in Innovation & Development Centers, headquarters, and global markets to broaden technical expertise and business understanding.
- Participate in three rotations: 15-18 months at innovation and development centers in Schaan (Liechtenstein) or Kaufering near Munich (Germany) on cutting-edge projects; 3-6 months on a strategic project at the head office in Schaan in areas such as engineering, marketing, logistics, HR, or finance; 3 months on an international strategic project outside the region contributing to global initiatives.
Requirements
- (Soon to be) completed master’s degree in engineering or a similar technical field.
- Multilingual – fluent in English and at least one other language.
- International experience from work or studies abroad.
- Internationally mobile.
- Ambition to grow into a leadership role, supported by initial experiences leading projects, teams, or initiatives.
- Flexible team player, curious, dedicated, with strong communication skills and the ability to inspire others.
- Global thinker, eager to learn, and keen on diverse cultural experiences and opportunities to work abroad.
