Construction is going digital, and as a Product Management Intern for the AI, IoT & Automation portfolio, you will work with connected equipment, usage data, and the people building the next generation of construction technology. You will support a global senior product manager and be prepared to become a future product manager. The internship runs for 6 months with a flexible start date and requires up to 10% travel.

Tasks

  • Analyze customer requirements and translate them into product requirements.
  • Support prioritization decisions: what ships next, what waits, what gets cut.
  • Run pieces of projects end to end, owning timelines, stakeholders, and follow-through.
  • Sit in on customer and field conversations, turning input into clear requirements.
  • Challenge assumptions and speak up if an idea doesn't hold up.

Requirements

  • Ambitious self-starter energy: proactive, positive, and able to create momentum in ambiguous situations.
  • Bachelor's or Master's student in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field, actively enrolled.
  • Strong critical thinking; you question the brief before you execute it.
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel, SQL, or BI tools) to spot patterns and support decisions.
  • Basic project management skills; able to plan, track, and follow through independently.
