The AI & Analytics Solution Owner team is part of the Analytics Center of Excellence at Hilti and plays a key role in unlocking the value of AI, Analytics and Automation for Hilti and our customers. Working closely with business functions, the team helps shape the vision, roadmap, and solutions across different business areas through strong partnerships and actively develops the solution portfolio at Hilti. As a Solution Owner, you will have the opportunity to work on AI, analytics, and automation-driven impactful use cases in a large organization that is leading the digital transformation in the construction sector. This full-time position is available as soon as possible. No travel is required.
Tasks
- Define the vision and drive delivery of AI & analytics solutions.
- Ensure that data insights, AI, analytics, and automation capabilities are translated into scalable, value-driven solutions for the business through partnership.
- (Co)-own the backlog, shape product vision, and enable cross-functional collaboration across data, platform, and engineering teams.
- Drive change management actively and ensure adoption, optimizing well-defined KPIs through continuous improvement and success measurement.
- Prioritize, plan, and coordinate delivery.
- Manage stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Systems; a PhD is a plus.
- 8-10 years of total working experience, with good understanding of business process and digital product design and development.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions in AI, Analytics, and Automation.
- Solid understanding of the full lifecycle of data and AI solutions and knowledge of data platforms, automation, practical knowledge of AI (including Gen AI and Agentic AI) and Machine Learning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with strong ability to partner with business.
