Join Jet Aviation as a Supervisor, where you will lead and coordinate team work on Wide/Narrow Body completion and MTX projects. You will work proactively with other supervisors to encourage global team development and communication, ensuring flawless execution of complex aircraft completion projects by managing daily workflows, maintaining the highest quality standards, and fostering collaboration with engineers, quality inspectors, and suppliers. Your leadership will be key to delivering projects on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Tasks

  • Coordinate and develop weekly planning in conjunction with Manager.
  • Supervise installation tasks within completion projects, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule goals are met.
  • Liaise with internal customers and providers (engineering, shops, departments) on problems and modifications.
  • Ensure correct use of tools and equipment.
  • Ensure and control quality, conformity, reliability, and traceability.
  • Ensure timely progressive sign-off of task cards and documentation.
  • Develop and/or improve working processes and core competences of the team.
  • Supervise safety and security of the team, including team area organization, cleanliness, developing 5S actions and control.
  • Set example and expectation by working jobs themselves.
  • Participate in interviews for new team members.
  • Encourage job skill development and personal growth within the team.
  • Lead, instruct, and motivate personnel to achieve efficiency.
  • Implement corrective actions resulting from internal and external audits.

Requirements

  • Familiar with aviation authorities (FOCA, EASA, FAA).
  • Knowledge and understanding of aviation documentation (AMM/SRM/IPC).
  • Knowledge and understanding of Jet Aviation’s internal documentation (TI, Job cards, MTT, DWG’s).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, SAP, and SmarTeam.
  • Possesses the appropriate COSQ (Certificate Of Special Qualification).
  • Completed apprenticeship with appropriate educational qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation industry.
  • Experience in leading a team.
  • Familiar with Part 145 and Part 21G regulations.
  • Fluent in English (B2 level or above); French or German is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
