Kick-start your career with Julius Baer’s Graduate Programme starting April 2027. Tasks
- Play a key role in the active service management of Agent Bank relationships, conducting regular service meetings, service reviews, due diligences, and actively monitoring and managing service provision to Bank Julius Baer.
- Support with negotiation and management of fees, ensuring understanding of costs, evolution, and idea generation and implementation to achieve cost optimisations.
- Develop oversight of contracts, negotiation, and implementation of documentation necessary for these relationships.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and deliver on continued Front to Back process optimisation across the network.
- Build understanding of market and agent developments, trends, and opportunities to Bank Julius Baer and disseminate information to stakeholders.
- Gain understanding of custody rules and apply knowledge to support internal advisory/consultancy for business and client needs.
- Work in the team to support colleagues with markets and tasks as required.
- Undertake necessary steps with internal and external colleagues to remediate any identified issues to ensure market compliance.
Requirements
- Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Business Management, Banking, or any other fields (graduation max. 12 months ago).
- Initial practical experience in banking, consultancy, or IT and process optimisation skills are a plus.
- Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth.
- A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position.
