Tasks
- Support the delivery of key transformation initiatives across the COO division
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of the programme
- Analyse data, identify insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Engage with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation to support programme objectives
- Assist in project planning, risk management, governance, and progress reporting
- Gain day-to-day exposure to a large-scale change programme and develop expertise in transformation delivery
- Build a strong network across the organisation while developing professional and leadership skills
- Contribute innovative ideas and help shape the future operating model of the business
Requirements
- Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Management or similar (graduation max. 12 months ago)
- Initial practical experience in Business and IT transformation and programme delivery, with stakeholder management and project governance skills
- Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
- A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
- Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus
- Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
