Tasks
- Conducting legal checks for new subscriptions of alternative investments, so-called Non-Traditional Funds (NTF)
- Providing administrative support in day-to-day business regarding Over-the-Counter (OTC) derivatives (framework agreements, transaction confirmations) and structured products
- Supporting the legal and documentation teams with legally relevant tasks within Global Products and Services (GPS) and Custody
- Performing legal research in various areas
- Managing the team’s general mailbox
Requirements
- Minimum 2 semesters of study in law or economics, or at a university of applied sciences with an economic course of study; completion of a bachelor's degree is advantageous
- Banking experience is beneficial
- Interest in economic contexts as well as regulatory issues
- Proactive, independent and practical approach to work
- High level of performance and reliability
- Team player with strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Proficiency in both German and stylistically sound English, written and spoken
