Our KPMG Digital Transformation team supports organizations throughout their entire IT transformation journey, from developing future-ready strategies and selecting the right technologies and partners to shaping modern IT organizations and implementing innovative Cloud, AI, and digital solutions. We help clients harness the power of technology to drive innovation, enhance customer experiences, and unlock new business opportunities in an increasingly digital world.

Tasks

  • Advise KPMG clients on digital technology, IT and digital strategy, technology transformation and sourcing, AI, and process automation and digitalization
  • Define strategy concepts around IT Strategies, Digital Transformation, IT Governance, and IT Operating Model
  • Support project setup and execution
  • Help in the creation and extension of KPMG solutions around Digital Transformation
  • Support in business development activities
  • Participate in project-related work in another Management Consulting Team

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Innovation or similar
  • First experience in Transformation and/or Digital Technology or in a comparable environment is preferred
  • A keen interest and knowledge of digital trends and technologies, combined with the desire to learn and adapt to emerging tech
  • Experience in project management related to, for example, design of a new IT organization is a plus
  • Teamwork, good project and client management skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English, French is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel
