Tasks

  • Conduct and support audits of consolidated and annual financial statements under IFRS and Swiss accounting standards, both on-site at client premises and within a flexible hybrid work environment.
  • Analyze and assess business processes and workflows for national and international clients, gaining deep insights into the insurance industry.
  • Develop technical expertise by tackling complex topics, including regulatory requirements, risk management, and advanced accounting principles.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technology to perform next generation audits, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of audit processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or a related field, or a Swiss Federal Diploma in Fiduciary Services / Finance and Accounting.
  • First work experience in the insurance or finance industry is a plus.
  • Highly organized personality with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong ability to work independently, with solid analytical skills to evaluate information and make informed judgments.
  • Resilient, proactive, and customer-focused, with a positive attitude towards solving complex problems and addressing client needs.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt, with a proactive approach to developing new skills and embracing innovative technologies in auditing.
  • Excellent German and English skills are mandatory; advanced French skills will be a strong asset.
