We are expanding our Corporate Information Security Team and looking for new colleagues and leaders to join us. To support the team in Bulle (FR), Switzerland, we are seeking a Head of Cyber Security Consulting.
Tasks
- Lead internal and external teams of the consulting unit, enable business value, provide strategic guidance and technical expertise, and allocate specialists.
- Develop and execute the cybersecurity consulting strategy.
- Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity architects and engineers.
- Advise divisions on cybersecurity best practices, standards, and regulations.
- Develop and deliver customized cybersecurity solutions in the scope of IT, OT, and Product Security.
- Deliver Risk Assessment, Security Architecture Reviews, and Security Solution Designs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years in IT, Cybersecurity or Business Consulting, and 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally in Cybersecurity.
- Preferred certificates: CISSP or CISM, ITIL or COBIT, TOGAF, as well as Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- English is a must; German and French are a plus.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of security technologies.
- Customer and Stakeholder Management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Readiness for global travel.
