Tasks
- Contribute to the manufacture of biopharmaceutical products while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and cGMP requirements.
- Execute production operations across different manufacturing processes, including documentation and process-related calculations.
- Identify, investigate, and help resolve process deviations to support continuous manufacturing excellence.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate production records and support regulatory and quality standards.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement activities that enhance operational performance, safety, and product quality.
Requirements
- Education in biotechnology, biopharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, or a related life sciences discipline.
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of cGMP principles and quality-focused manufacturing practices.
- Ability to identify and solve process-related issues in a structured and compliant manner.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Effective communication skills in English; German language skills are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work in shift patterns, including 4-shift operations where required.
