Tasks
- Communicate with manufacturing, QA, and external customers.
- Represent Quality Control in cross-functional teams and align strategies with other departments.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships.
- Prepare and support production campaigns.
- Process change requests and deviations under GMP.
- Support customer audits and inspections by authorities.
- Calculate and monitor Quality Control costs in the project.
- Independently coordinate, prioritize, and schedule tasks.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent experience in Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences).
- Work experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnological GMP environment and in Quality Control is a strong plus.
- Assertive, clear and direct communication style for professional collaboration with different partners.
- Enjoy working with many people in various business areas.
- Solid organizational and project management skills to handle demanding projects.
- Proficient use of common software applications (MS Office) required.
- Knowledge of individual pharmaceutical/laboratory software (e.g. Documentum, LIMS, Trackwise) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English essential.
- Basic German skills needed (B1 level) and motivation to improve rapidly (free German language courses offered).
