As a Community Manager at Nestlé Research in Lausanne, Switzerland, your mission is to strengthen employee engagement, belonging, and connection across Nestlé Research and the wider Research and Development community. You will collaborate closely with employees, leaders, sites, functions, and communities to make a difference through scientific breakthroughs and innovation.
Tasks
- Strengthen employee engagement and belonging through meaningful initiatives that connect people across sites and communities.
- Create engaging communication moments, campaigns, events, and digital content that inspire participation and shared purpose.
- Listen to employees and turn community insights (e.g. through surveys) into relevant actions that improve the employee experience.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels to connect people needs with business priorities.
- Facilitate conversations and translate complex topics into clear, accessible messages that build understanding and momentum.
- Deliver initiatives with structure, creativity, and quality to create visible impact for employees and the organization.
Requirements
- Strong experience in employee engagement, internal communications, community management, events, or related community-building fields.
- Creativity, storytelling, and digital communication skills to design engaging formats, campaigns, and content.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to deliver several initiatives in parallel with quality and impact.
- Ability to collaborate confidently with diverse stakeholders, including leaders, and influence with diplomacy and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent communication in English; working proficiency in French is a strong asset.
- Collaboration, fresh thinking, bold questions, respect, and a positive, wellbeing-oriented mindset to create shared value.
