As part of Nestlé's Global Operations Strategy team in Vevey, Switzerland, you will help shape the future of global operations. Operations Strategy is central to Nestlé's transformation agenda, driving major supply network, capital allocation, and operations transformation decisions worldwide. You will work across categories, regions, and functions to support key decisions that drive growth, competitiveness, and long-term value creation, while partnering with senior leaders and building expertise in consulting, operations, and finance.
Tasks
- Shape strategic decisions on supply networks, manufacturing footprint, sourcing, and capital investments.
- Lead project workstreams and develop fact-based recommendations for global, regional, and market operations strategy projects.
- Apply analytics across operations, finance, and business data to evaluate strategic trade-offs and identify value creation opportunities.
- Challenge assumptions, synthesize complex information, and translate insights into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Prepare decision-ready materials for executive governance and investment forums.
- Collaborate closely with teams across functions, businesses, and regions to strengthen alignment and strategic impact.
Requirements
- Experience in strategy consulting, operations, or finance, preferably within FMCG; MBA is a plus.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and challenge assumptions.
- Ability to deliver results in a project-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Confident communication and presentation skills, including influencing senior audiences.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Demonstrate courage, collaboration, speed, and continuous learning.
