Requirements
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Footwear Technology, or a related field (equivalent hands-on industry experience is also highly valued).
- You bring 5+ years of experience in footwear 3D modelling.
- You possess mastery in industry-standard footwear 3D tools, with deep expertise in Rhino 3D (including Grasshopper), alongside Blender (or equivalent).
- You have strong poly modeling, subD and nurbs fundamentals and can quickly translate design ideas into refined 3D design models.
- You have a deep understanding of footwear construction and mold making.
- You exhibit exceptional spatial awareness, geometric problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for subtle curves, textures, and proportions.
- You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and deliver accurate files under critical timelines and deadlines.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
