The Equities department aims to build innovative tools that transform complex sustainability data into actionable insights for responsible financial decisions. As an early, high-impact member of the team, you will take ownership of architecting and building these intuitive, end-to-end systems.

Tasks

  • Design, build and maintain end-to-end web applications, including front-end, back-end, and database layers.
  • Implement agentic AI capabilities into content tools and drive adoption of AI workflows and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive high-quality UIs that make complex data easy to understand and navigate.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building a great product or 7+ years of professional experience.
  • Early adopter of agentic engineering practices, with a strong grasp of the current AI ecosystem (frameworks, tooling, and workflows).
  • Strong full-stack fundamentals: React, TypeScript/JavaScript on the frontend; Python and REST/GraphQL APIs on the backend; SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Hands-on experience deploying and operating solutions end-to-end (ideally in AWS), including data ingestion, transformation, and serving, with solid practices around testing, versioning, and observability.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and a sharp analytical mindset, with the ability to quickly ramp up on new domains, tools, and techniques through self-learning.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
