Work with international clients in the life sciences industry, delivering high-impact projects and engaging with senior stakeholders. Tasks

  • Help sell, lead, and deliver high-impact projects with senior stakeholders from high-profile clients in the life sciences industry.
  • Develop new ideas and propositions to share with clients to secure new and expand existing projects.
  • Design and implement new technologies, quality systems processes, operating models, digital strategies, and ways of working across R&D, manufacturing/supply chain, and commercial.
  • Drive business performance through changing quality culture/mind-sets, improving processes and procedures, benefitting from process automation, and enabling insights from advanced analytics and AI.
  • Help clients deliver outcomes such as faster development, manufacturing, and commercial timelines, exploiting internal and external data through advanced analytics and machine learning, and improving quality and compliance.
  • Cover functions across R&D, manufacturing, and commercial, with particular focus on quality management/assurance, regulatory affairs, product safety, and medical affairs.
  • Work closely with consulting teams covering commercial, market access, and other functions across the Life Sciences value chain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a science-related discipline.
  • Around 6 years' experience working in life sciences, within R&D, manufacturing, or commercial at a life sciences company.
  • At least 3 years' experience working as a consultant.
  • Experience in working and running large transformation projects, developing new propositions, and developing new work.
  • Exposure to key steps of improving quality in regulated business functions.
  • Exposure to innovations in technology/cloud/RWD/NLP that drove or could drive business performance, simplification, and/or patient centricity in health industries and markets.
  • Exposure to areas such as GxP, data privacy/protection, digital strategy development, operating model design, quality system design/improvement/maintenance, process improvement, technology implementation, and digital & analytics technologies in a GxP regulated environment.
  • Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and technological proficiency.
  • Excellent teamworking, interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and ideally knowledge of German and/or French.
  • Travel mobility to serve international clients.
  • Passionate team player during worktime and enjoy socializing with clients and colleagues after work.
