Tasks
- Advise clients on Swiss tax matters and support the delivery of compliance and advisory engagements.
- Contribute to tax projects including structuring, transactions, and ongoing advisory solutions.
- Build and strengthen client relationships by delivering reliable and high-quality service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable integrated and innovative client solutions.
- Take ownership of defined workstreams and deliver results in a timely and high-quality manner.
- Support the development of junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in tax consulting within Switzerland or a comparable market.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss tax regulations and advisory processes.
- Commitment to pursue the Swiss Certified Tax Expert qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills in English and Italian; German is considered an advantage.
- Team-oriented, proactive mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
