Tasks
- Own and scale CI/CD infrastructure handling tens of thousands of jobs daily, including capacity planning, runner architecture, and ensuring platform reliability as load patterns shift.
- Deepen GitOps workflows built on ArgoCD, from operational improvements to structural work on managing cluster state across environments.
- Advance supply chain security posture, including work on SAST and artifact attestation.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems across network, application, and system layers.
Requirements
- Strong Kubernetes experience, including tuning and troubleshooting on-prem Linux systems under real load.
- Hands-on CI/CD background; GitLab CI experience is a plus.
- Practical experience with GitOps, ideally with ArgoCD.
- Software development skills in Python, Golang, or Rust, sufficient to build and maintain tooling around infrastructure.
- Configuration management experience with Ansible and/or Terraform.
- A security mindset grounded in DevSecOps practices; supply chain security experience is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration and clear documentation.
- Ability to share knowledge freely, support team members, and prioritize collaboration.
