We are looking for an Intern in Systems and Requirements Engineering to support technical project work within the Molecular Diagnostics division. You will contribute to requirements engineering and business analysis, working closely with engineering teams. Ideal for students in Engineering with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Tasks
- Apply requirements engineering, requirement elicitation, and check for completeness of requirements.
- Create effective business analyses.
- Support the engineering team with technical issue identification and closure.
- Support and organize project workshops.
- Apply complex problem-solving methodologies to technical issues identified within projects.
Requirements
- You are enrolled or have completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s studies at a university, preferably in the field of Engineering, within 12 months before the start of the internship and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship.
- Are interested in developing technically complex systems.
- Like to solve problems both individually and in teams.
- Have a high degree of flexibility and proactiveness.
- Are a strong communicator skilled in stakeholder management, and quick thinker.
- Proficient in English required, German is an asset.

The Systems and Requirements Engineering group consists of around 40 employees focused on technical support and leadership of product definition, predominantly within the development of technically complex systems. The department is based within the Molecular Diagnostics division of the Molecular Systems business and includes roles such as Business Domain Analysts, Requirements Engineers, Product Definition Team Leaders, and Lead Systems Engineers.
