The Incident & Vulnerability Coordinator will join the Cybersecurity Business Support Team within the SI B Cybersecurity Unit in Zug, Switzerland.
Tasks
- Own and maintain the incident response plan, keeping it current and effective when activated.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during incidents and for ongoing vulnerability management activities, ensuring stakeholders are engaged and informed.
- Maintain ongoing communication with product and engineering teams to help them understand identified vulnerabilities, risk profiles, and remediation steps.
- Produce clear, actionable reports on incidents and vulnerability posture for internal stakeholders, focusing on insights that support decision-making.
- Lead the lessons-learned process after incidents and integrate findings into protocols, training, and playbooks for continuous improvement.
- Work with teams to develop and deliver training that helps people across SI B understand their role in security incidents and vulnerability handling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GCIH are a plus.
- 5–10 years of experience in incident response and vulnerability management roles.
- Hands-on experience with incident management platforms and vulnerability scanning tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and functions.
- A genuine focus on enabling the business to move forward, not just enforcing policy.
- Fluent English, with the ability to explain complex security topics to non-technical audiences.
- German or additional languages are a plus.
