Tasks
- Responsible for the holistic and service-oriented management of existing and new clients within proactive account management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor account performance and align solutions with client needs and business objectives.
- Build and maintain sustainable client relationships.
- Drive commercial growth through upselling and cross-selling of market data services and value-added analytics offerings.
- Initiate and support client audits and assist the external auditor in the preparation and execution of audit activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the financial services industry (3-8 years).
- Solid background in the market data domain (e.g. data vendor, exchange or bank).
- Experience in account management, sales, or client relationship management.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Fluent in German and English (both verbal and written).
- Spanish or French is a plus.
