DevOps Engineer Integration Platform

Our Integration Platform connects Swiss Post systems across streaming, API management, file transfer and IoT. With you, we ensure that our platform runs reliably, securely and on a solid cloud foundation.

• You build, run and continuously improve workloads on AWS and Kubernetes (EKS), and know what to do when something fails.
• You design and automate infrastructure as code with clean modules and safe, traceable changes.
• You roll out changes via GitOps, making deployments reproducible and transparent.
• You investigate issues end to end across networks, platforms and applications, ensuring learning from every incident.
• You keep the platform observable and stable with meaningful metrics, dashboards and alerts.
• You work closely with platform and application teams, helping them move faster and get the most out of the Integration Platform.

• You have solid experience running workloads on Kubernetes, ideally EKS, including networking, ingress, RBAC and resource management.
• You bring hands-on AWS experience with VPC design, private connectivity (PrivateLink), IAM with least privilege and workload identity (IRSA or EKS Pod Identity), as well as KMS, Route 53 and load balancers.
• You have strong infrastructure fundamentals, including Linux, DNS, TLS/mTLS and load balancing, and troubleshoot issues systematically from end to end.
• You have experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform or OpenTofu, and GitOps using Argo CD or Flux with Helm and/or Kustomize.
• You have experience with Prometheus, Grafana and alerting.
• You are willing to take part in on-call and incident follow-up.
• Ideally, you bring automation skills in Go, Python or Bash.
• You have a very good spoken and written command of English.
• Knowledge of another national language is a plus.
